Student Tracker was created for centre managers and administrators who were spending too much time moving data between spreadsheets, paper timetables and ad-hoc systems. It brings the everyday work of running an education centre into a single, reliable web application.

The platform is designed for organisations that run one or many centres. Each centre team sees its own pupils, schedules and stock, whilst central staff can oversee everything across the organisation from one secure dashboard.

By combining student records, weekly schedules, printable homework templates and stock management, Student Tracker helps teams stay aligned on what each learner should be working on and whether the materials will be there on the day.

Access is role-based: centre managers can edit students, schedules, stock and centre settings (including holidays and closures). Tutors and viewers can log in to see the same data for their centre and view commentary on each student's work; centre managers add and edit that commentary week by week so feedback stays in step with the timetable. Holidays and one-off centre closures are configured per centre so schedule generation and printing respect term breaks and closed days.
