Can I manage multiple centres?
Yes. Student Tracker is built for multi-centre organisations. Each centre team sees its own pupils and stock; administrators can oversee everything from one login.
How do holidays and closures work?
You can configure holiday date ranges per centre. When you bulk generate schedules, those dates are automatically skipped. One-off closures can be handled by deleting schedules for a specific centre day.
Is our data secure?
Student Tracker uses Row Level Security in Postgres so data is scoped to the correct centre and user role. Centre teams only see their own records; administrators have wider visibility for support and reporting.
Who can edit schedules, stock and commentary?
Centre managers (and organisation admins) can edit schedules, stock and centre settings. Tutors and viewers get read-only access, including the ability to see commentary for each student's week.
Can I batch print for the whole day?
Yes. Use the centre-day printing tools to create packs for every student scheduled on a given day, aligned with their locked weekly schedules.
